Twenty years later. Cuma - an ex-art thief - spends his retirement on the Andalusian coast of Spain with his Spanish wife - Carmen. An old friend, Chudy, a former co-worker of Gruby, visits him and proposes another heist in Poland. Cuma refuses at first, but Carmen encourages him to leave and Cuma lands in Krakow. Once there, it turns out that Chudy has already entrusted the heist to a pair of thieves from the younger generation. Cuma, rejected and ridiculed by Chudy, wants to prevent him from jumping, but first he must find out what work of art is at stake in this game. Everything indicates that it is a painting by Raphael from the Czartoryski Museum, which disappeared during World War II. Cuma visits his old friend Julian, who was fired from the police three years earlier after a failed operation in which people died. Currently, he works as the head of security at the Manggha Museum in Krakow. Cuma doesn't want to involve Julian in his revenge. When he learns about Chudy's plans, he decides, together with his former partner Werbus and his adult children, to prevent Chudy from planning. During the preparations, Commissioner Wilk, who is now an FBI agent, arrives in Krakow from the USA. Cuma continues preparations for the counteroffensive.
